Charter a yacht Spain & the Balearics

Whether you want to rest or to do the "fiesta", the Balearic Islands are the perfect destination. Bathed by crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean, the coasts of the Balearic Islands will offer you a wide range of pleasures. From the beaches of Majorca to the wild and quiet creeks of Ibiza going through the white sandy beaches of Formentera, there is only one step.

The Balearic Islands are an archipelago which includes 5 main islands: Majorca (Mallorca), Minorca (Menorca), Ibiza (Eivissa), Formentera and Cabrera.

For those who love the culture, history... but also the "farniente", the island of Mallorca (located off the coast of Barcelona) is ideal. Let's start with Palma (capital of Majorca) which is located on the south coast of the island. The city of Palma has a historic old town deeply impregnated with its past. It is also the place to be if you want to party all night!

Cruising along the East Coast of Majorca Island, you can enjoy a peaceful dinner onboard and spend the night in one of the multiple wild creeks.

Before you go to Cape Formentor (north of the island of Majorca) make a stop in the Alcudia Bay where you can relax surrounded by crystal clear waters and pine forests. On the West side of the Formentor Cape heading South, you will cruise along the breathtaking high cliffs of the Tramuntana. Before stopping your yacht in the little village of Puerto Soller (unique village of the west coast of the island) cast anchor in Sa Calobra, one of the nicest creeks of Majorca where the torrent of Pareis joins the sea.
You may want to stop in Ibiza... During the day you can enjoy the tranquility of its creeks and crystal clear waters. Or head towards the city which historical center is classified in the world heritage of Unesco. During the night it's time for fiesta, clubbing and streets artists!
Going back up towards Minorca, the archipelago of Cabrera is a divers' heaven. Cabrera is surrounded by turquoise water. But be careful, for any navigation, anchoring or diving along the coast, an authorization is necessary!
Last but not least, the island of Minorca. This island is still preserved from tourism and the diversity of landscapes is amazing.

The north of the island is very abrupt, and alternates ruddy sandy beaches with shingle beaches.

Balearic Islands are mainly a destination centered on farniente and party, but you can also find great human and cultural treasures. The Balearic Islands may not be heaven, but it looks a lot like it!
